Key Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and inquiries Handle logistic queries and provide timely updates to customers Manage aftersales activities and ensure customer satisfaction Process orders and raise Purchase Orders (P/Os) as required Maintain and update customer records in the company's database Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Resolve order discrepancies and address customer concerns Generate reports and analyse order data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring
