We work closely with top travel brands to sell their premium travel packages to the US market, operating from our headquarters in Uxbridge.
Our sales team has expanded rapidly to over 90 Sales Partners in 2024, with ambitious plans to grow to 180+ by the end of 2025. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound service calls on warm leads
Sell luxury cruise packages and related add-on products
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Meet and exceed established phone and sales performance targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Person Specification
Excellent active listening and communication skills
Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
Positive and energetic approach to work
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive client information confidentially
Willingness to work UK evenings to align with US market hours, including one Saturday per month
Commitment to punctuality and adhering to a strict attendance policy
Compliance with PCI regulations and company standards

Competitive base salary of 20,000 per annum
Uncapped commission structure with achievable OTE of 70,000 to 90,000 in year one, rising to 100,000+ in year two
