Key Responsibilities:
Drive Growth:
Identify and engage with potential partners and customers to expand Alef Online Academy's reach and impact.
Build Relationships:
Act as a point of contact for organizations, institutions, and individual customers, representing the Academy professionally and persuasively.
Lead Generation & Market Research:
Research, qualify, and track leads while analyzing trends to inform both partnership strategies and customer outreach.
Sales & Negotiation:
Support negotiations with partners and participate in deal-making processes while assisting in sales efforts to achieve measurable results.
Strategy & Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to align partnerships, sales initiatives, and outreach strategies with organizational goals.
Reporting & Insights:
Prepare reports on sales performance, partnership progress, and market insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Promote Our Programs:
Learn and communicate the value of our educational offerings confidently to both partners and individual customers.
Requirements:
Professional proficiency in
English
Can speak Polish
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Interest in sales, business development, and education
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
Strategic and proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities
Social media savvy is a plus
Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
