We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to maintain organisation in a fast-paced environment. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their parts needs, ensuring they receive the correct components efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries regarding parts and accessories.
Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times.
Process orders and returns, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive or parts industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain an orderly workspace.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Proficiency in MAM, TechCom and Access for inventory management tasks.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
