We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a drive to meet sales targets. This role will involve promoting our cleaning and construction services, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth while fostering strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Promote the company's services to prospective clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and other channels.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and client communications
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven work experience in a sales role, preferably within cleaning, construction, or service-based industries
Minimum of diploma in sales or business-related qualification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in computer applications (email, CRM systems, MS Office or Google Workspace)
Must reside in Nottinghamshire and be available for in-person work
A full UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential
