We're on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Sales Person to join our team and take ownership of a designated region. You'll be the face of PHL in your patch--developing new relationships, growing existing accounts, and ultimately driving forklift sales (new and used) to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Your territory will primarily focus on SMEs and regional operators, where you'll have the freedom to tailor solutions, bring value, and build long-term partnerships.

What We're Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the forklift, capital equipment, or industrial sales sector.
Confident, professional communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and resilient with a strong hunter mentality.
Familiarity with used equipment sales and an understanding of technical specs is a bonus.
A UK driving licence is a must.

You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with small to medium-sized businesses, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering tailored forklift and warehouse equipment solutions from our extensive product range - including EP, Linde, Komatsu and more.
Skills and Experience - Sales Person - Materials Handling
- Proven experience in materials handling or related capital equipment sales (e.g., plant, agricultural, or commercial vehicles)
- Strong track record in new business development and territory management
- Ability to understand customer requirements and offer bespoke solutions
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and driven to exceed sales targets
- Commercial awareness with a focus on margin, customer satisfaction, and aftersales support
