We are looking for a confident, driven, and experienced Salesperson to join our team, specializing in
bespoke, fully fitted kitchens
. This role is perfect for someone who understands consultative sales and enjoys helping customers design and purchase their ideal kitchen.
You will receive a
set basic wage
, with an
uncapped commission of 15% on every sale
. For example, selling a 5,000 kitchen could earn you
up to 750 commission
, depending on the products and services sold.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell bespoke, fully fitted kitchens to customers
Guide customers through the design and purchasing process
Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
Maximize sales value through product knowledge and upselling
Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and close deals confidently
Work towards individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales (kitchen, furniture, interiors, or similar preferred 5-6 years minimum)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
