Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.

Skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customer needs. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic numeracy skills for processing transactions accurately.
