About DPP Connect

We operate the UK's leading platform matching Independent Prescribing trainees with Designated Prescribing Practitioners (DPPs). Your job is to enrol GP surgeries so more students can gain supervised experience--practices are paid for each placement.

Success Looks Like

High-volume outbound:

80 targeted cold calls + 40 tailored follow-up emails per day

Qualified pipeline:

5 discovery calls booked daily

Conversion:

surgeries signed within 48 hours of first contact Activity reviewed every 48 hours; contract may be curtailed for under-performance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research and prioritise GP surgeries across the UK. Cold-call and email clients, clearly explaining the financial and clinical benefits of hosting trainees. Manage objections, negotiate terms and secure signed onboarding agreements. Keep CRM fully up to date and share market feedback with the team.

Essential Profile

Proven success in high-volume, outbound B2B cold calling.

Resilient, energetic and comfortable with daily targets and rapid feedback loops. Outstanding spoken and written English; able to craft compelling emails. Healthcare or primary-care sales experience is advantageous but

not mandatory

. Able to work remotely with reliable broadband during UK core hours (09:00-17:00 BST).
