Junior Specification Salesperson - London & Southeast

This role offers a rare opportunity to join a respected specialist in terrazzo, ceramic tiles, natural stone and related products--an organisation with ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation across the commercial and residential sectors.


As a Specification Salesperson, you'll be supported every step of the way. This isn't a role where you're left to figure things out alone. You'll receive hands?on mentoring from an experienced Sales Manager, structured training, and ongoing development designed to help you grow quickly and confidently. Your focus will be on promoting high?quality materials to architects, main contractors, and major tiling contractors across London and the Southeast. You'll build meaningful business relationships, understand project requirements, and position yourself as a valuable technical resource. Over time, you'll become the trusted point of contact for specification detail, product guidance, and contract discussions.

Driving profitable sales growth and exceeding targets Identifying key decision?makers and nurturing long?term relationships Presenting products and solutions in a clear, professional manner Following up leads, building your pipeline and uncovering new projects Providing local technical advice and becoming a trusted resource Preparing thoroughly for customer meetings using internal systems Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service Monitoring your own performance and striving for continuous improvement
