What You'll Be Doing
As a
Sales Executive
, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience--engaging with clients at the trade counter, over the phone, and online. You'll help grow sales, build lasting relationships, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
Your key responsibilities will include:
? Preparing and following up on quotations to convert leads into sales
? Advising customers on product options, upgrades, and value-adds
? Tracking quotation success rates and identifying missed opportunities
? Processing orders efficiently and keeping customers informed
? Reporting competitor pricing to help us stay ahead
? Maintaining accurate sales records
? Supporting marketing efforts, including social media updates
? Collaborating with transport, store, and admin teams to ensure smooth operations
? Assisting with trade shows and seasonal merchandising
