As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience by providing knowledgeable assistance and support throughout the purchasing process.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining an organised sales floor to enhance the shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and managing stock levels. A genuine interest in our products, with a willingness to learn about new offerings as they become available.
