Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development Assistant to join our team in Redhill. In this role, you will play a key role in building new relationships and securing long-term contracts. Your contributions will directly support our mission to provide exceptional waste management services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the waste management sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Source and develop new clients
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery
Create tailored proposals and pricing strategies
Negotiate rates and close deals
Work with operations to ensure successful onboarding of new clients and jobs
Track market trends and identify new opportunities
Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client needs.
What we are looking for
Experience is preferred in sales, ideally within the construction industry, but is not essential
Strong communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills
Results-driven mindset with a self-motivated approach
Good commercial understanding of tipper & grab services and pricing would be advantageous, but not essential
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Full UK driving license (vehicle provided in work hours)
