Overview:
Coffee Lovers needed! Do you love all things coffee? Do love to share knowledge & experience about how to make the perfect coffee at home/work or what would make a good gift for coffee lovers?
We are looking for a Sales Person who will be responsible for assisting customers with purchases and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a blend of sales skills & a commitment to creating a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Providing excellent customer service, including answering questions & offering recommendations. Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction. Building rapport with customers and promoting a positive brand image.
Sales and Promotion:
Promoting and selling coffee beans, brewing equipment, and other related products. Educating customers about different coffee types & brewing methods. Up-selling additional items and promoting special offers.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills. Knowledge of coffee and brewing methods.
This role combines the skills of sales and customer service, requiring a blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating a positive customer experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.25-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 - 35 per week
Work Location: In person
