We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. We supply and fit Architectural Vinyl to interiors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and engaging with customers, visiting various locations and building a new customer base. Also looking after new and old customers.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalised assistance.
Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to encourage sales.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling clear explanations of products and services.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and cash management.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset.
Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
