Responsibilities
B2B Engage with hotel customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Relating to their wet amenities (soap, Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion)
Sell products and services effectively while.
Upsell additional products where appropriate to maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain an organised approach to managing customer interactions and follow-ups.
Utilise basic maths skills to process transactions accurately.
Manage time efficiently to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Experience
Proven experience in a B2B sales role with hotels is essential for the right candidate.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with Hotel management.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A keen interest in upselling techniques and enhancing the customer experience is desirable.
Familiarity with time management principles to prioritise tasks effectively.
