Compensation: OTE 42,000 - 50,000+

(Base salary 27,000 - 29,000 + uncapped, profit-share commission)

We are looking for an ambitious Sales & Profit Manager to take full ownership of our flagship E17 shop. We are not looking for a passive "shop assistant" or a "dog walker"; we are looking for a "Dynamo."

Due to an explosion in local footfall (thanks to a new community sauna next door) and an upcoming full shop renovation, our store is a goldmine. We have high-margin products, a charitable mission, and a constant stream of new customers. We are looking for the professional closer who can turn this foot traffic into serious profit.

Your Mission & Your Rewards

This is a true "pay-for-performance" role, backed by a strong base salary and a powerful, uncapped commission plan tied directly to the profit you generate.

27,000 - 29,000 (DOE). ?

Uncapped "Dual Pot" Profit Share:

A lucrative monthly bonus paid from the grossprofit you generate, PLUS instant cash "kickers" for selling key products (Propolis,Pollen) and securing customer testimonials. ?

Realistic OTE: 42,000 - 50,000+

YOUR ROLE (IT'S MORE THAN A SHOP):

Drive In-Shop Profit:

Take 100% ownership of the shop's sales performance, mastering our product range and upselling every customer. ?

Run "Pop-Up" Sales Events:

Get out of the shop and run your own highly profitable, ad-hoc pop-ups at corporate canteens and local events. (This is a huge, untapped commission stream). ?

Live the Brand:

Who You Are:

? A natural-born salesperson with 2+ years of experience in a direct sales, B2C, or high-performance retail environment. (CVs without this will not be considered). ? You are motivated by money and success. You see commission not as a "bonus," but as the main event. ? You are ambitious, charismatic, and have infectious high energy. ? You are excited by the autonomy to run your own pop-up events and manage a shopas if it were your own business.
