Main Purpose of The Role:





Support in the creation and ongoing development of the Sales Program for all of BCA Remarketing. This role will work with all stakeholders (Online Operations, Branch operations, Commercial Team, Vendors, Buyer Team) to optimise opportunity it provides across all channels to buyers - with the easiest and most relevant way to bid and buy on vehicles - while also achieving the best price for vehicles as quickly as possible, ensuring administrative tasks are effectively managed and completed to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage the day-to-day production of the sales program in a timely manner and distribute all relevant stakeholders Supporting of clerking duties in wider area Use data to support ideas for improving the performance of sales through the Sales Program Find gaps and use inventory s/s, account managers to fill to allocation ambitions Keep the Commercial team in the loop on changes and potential Vendor impacts Free to develop the sales program to best deliver the objectives and own the accountabilities (subject to restriction of managing stakeholder interests) Produce & distribute running order incl. timings Monitor future allocations to control volume Manage income requests for sales Maintain relationship and liaise with Marketing to present program to buyers, ensuring 7-day coverage for the Sales Program Produce and distribute the Auctioneer Schedule to ensure complete Auctioneer coverage for the Sales Program
