Sales Progression Agent
to help support our continued success.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Progression Agent/Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth journey from the initial onboarding of the client through to the completion of the sale. This is a varied and rewarding role that involves managing sales pipelines, booking appointments, preparing property details, and maintaining strong relationships with applicants and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and book appointments for property viewings and valuations
Type up accurate and appealing property details for listings
Handle sales progression from offer through to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and clients
Make proactive calls to applicants, providing property updates and arranging viewings
Maintain CRM records with up-to-date information on sales activity
Provide excellent customer service and act as a key point of contact throughout the sales process
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in property sales and administration
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident phone manner and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems

Salary/Package:
13 p/h
3% commission on exchanges
