This role will manage and support the on-site sales function by driving and supporting sales activity, proactively ensuring a smooth and timely progression of sales from reservation through to legal exchange and completion. The role also provides comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, acting as a central point of contact between buyers, solicitors, agents, and internal teams, and ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the process.
What you'll be doing
As a
Sales Progressor - 9 Month FTC
you'll:
Oversee the legal process from instruction to exchange and completion, ensuring deadlines are met and that all reservation paperwork is completed and complies with NHQB and GDPR standards.
Support the customer journey by providing clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive experience from reservation to handover.
Build and manage strong relationships with solicitors to monitor file status, raise queries, and resolve issues promptly.
Participate in regular calls with solicitors to provide updates on plots targeted for completion.
Prepare price release forms for signature then file on share point, update the web site, as well as the interactive TVs, issue new price lists to the sales team and selling agents.
Updating weekly the following weekly reports, Sales Dashboard, Rightmove stats, year on year report, sales progression and build sales report.
General administration tasks include:
Manage and support all administrative duties for the Sales and Marketing team and wider BB Homes team, including managing emails, telephone enquiries, scheduling meetings, minute taking, document preparation and control, and action planning.
Updating and issuing price lists to the sales team and selling agents.
NHBC report and weekly updates to be issued to NHBC.
Ensuring relevant software programmes are accurately updated with all reservation details and progress on a regular basis for review
Checking of sales documentation (including Deal sheets, Authority to Exchange, Completions statements, Contracts and Transfers) to ensure accuracy and timely completion before passing on to relevant parties.
Who we're looking for
You'll have/be:
Proven experience in new homes or residential property sales progression.
Strong understanding of the England legal process in property transactions, training can be offered for the Scottish sales process.
Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Good IT skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple files simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of NHQB compliance and GDPR.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
