Basic Salary (24,000 - 26,000) dependent upon experience. PLUS Sales Commission % of completed properties. OTE (2,000 - 3,000)

We are looking for a new person to join the TEAM...You must live close to the office within 10 Km.

STRONG ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS AND ACCURACY REQUIRED - HAPPY PERSONABLE PERSONALITY - A MUST!

FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE WITH PROPERTY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL)

Standard hours: 9.00am-5.00pm (inc some Saturdays paid extra)

Role Overview:

As a Sales Progressor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth transactions for our clients from offer acceptance through to completion. You will liaise with all parties involved, including buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors, to ensure the process runs efficiently and any potential issues are resolved quickly.

Key Responsibilities:



Managing Sales Transactions:

Oversee the entire sales process from offer to completion, ensuring all parties are kept informed and deadlines are met.

Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any queries or concerns.

Problem Solving:

Identify potential issues in the sales process and work proactively to resolve them, minimising delays and keeping transactions on track.

Liaising with Stakeholders:

Work closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other third parties to coordinate the necessary steps for a successful sale.

Documentation:

Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete, including contracts, legal documents, and financial records.

Customer Service:

Maintain a high standard of customer care, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Requirements:



Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role within an estate agency or property environment is preferred but training will be given.

Knowledge:

(Preferred) An understanding of the property sales process, including legal requirements and documentation. Training will be given

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Organisation:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to anticipate issues and proactively find solutions to keep sales progressing smoothly.

Customer Focused:

A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

IT Skills:

Proficient in using property management software, email, and Microsoft Office.
