Role Overview:

As a

Sales Progressor

, you'll act as the main point of contact for vendors and buyers after an offer has been accepted. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and timely property transaction from offer to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage property sales from offer through to completion Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage providers to meet exchange deadlines Regularly update and support customers to ensure excellent service and communication Coordinate with multiple branches to track progress and resolve issues Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation and company procedures

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Self-motivated and highly driven to meet and exceed targets Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive problem solver who thrives in a deadline-focused environment Clear understanding of the sales progression process and current property legislation

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an estate agency role (sales or progression) High energy, enthusiasm, and a professional attitude Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently Compliant and detail-oriented approach to all daily responsibilities
