Permanent | Full Time | 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - Office Based

Sales Progressor

to join our team--someone who can not only manage transactions efficiently but also support our clients with empathy and a personal touch.

This role is ideal for a

trained paralegal

with experience in

conveyancing

, or an experienced estate agent who understands the property sales process inside out. If you're someone who thinks ahead, solves problems creatively, and keeps people at the heart of what you do, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

As a

Sales Progressor

, you'll be the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors from offer through to completion. Your mission is to keep things moving smoothly--resolving issues, keeping clients informed, and making the process as stress-free as possible.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Managing a pipeline of agreed sales Liaising with all stakeholders to keep transactions on track Tracking progress, chasing paperwork, and resolving legal or logistical delays Supporting clients with regular updates and empathetic communication Thinking outside the box to overcome unexpected hurdles Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance throughout

What we're looking for:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a paralegal

(with conveyancing experience),

or

experience as an estate agent

with a background in

sales progression/conveyancing

A clear understanding of the property sales and legal process Organised admin and CRM proficiency

Personable, empathetic, and calm under pressure

A creative problem-solver who can think beyond the obvious Excellent communication, organisation, and client-care skills

What we offer:

Permanent position with competitive basic salary + commission 25,000 basic salary with realistic

OTE of 30,000+
