Within the role you'll act as the key liaison between all parties involved in a property transaction, including buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors. From the moment an offer is accepted through to completion, you'll manage the progression of the sale, ensuring everything stays on track.
Your role is to keep the process smooth, efficient, and as stress-free as possible for clients. This includes resolving issues swiftly, chasing up documentation, providing regular updates, and proactively identifying potential delays before they become problems. With strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset, you'll be essential in turning offers into completions.
Responsibilities
Managing agreed sales
, ensuring all transactions progress smoothly from offer to completion.
Day to day office administration
such as taking calls and diary management.
Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and agents
to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
Track progress and chase documentation
, resolving any legal, financial, or logistical delays that may arise.
Provide regular updates and empathetic communication
to support clients through what can be a stressful process.
Maintain accurate records and support compliance standards
, ensuring all activity is documented and aligned with regulations.
Experience:
Ideally previous experience within the property buying industry.
Good understanding of the property market sales and legal process
, including key milestones and common challenges.
Highly organised
, with proficiency in administrative tasks and confident use of CRM systems to manage pipelines and communication.
Personable and empathetic
, with the ability to remain calm and reassuring under pressure.
Excellent communication and client-care skills
