Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for a part-time dedicated sales progressor to join our team based at the Coast.
Key responsibilities for the role are as follows:
Manage a pipeline of properties from sale agreed to completion.
Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors, lenders and estate agents to ensure timely progression of sales.
Regularly update clients on the progress of their transaction, maintaining exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records and update system notes to aid team communication.
Diarise to chase outstanding documents such as mortgage offers and searches.
What we are looking for in you:
Previous experience in property sales progression and estate agency is essential.
Knowledge of the sales and conveyancing processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple property files simultaneously.
Be extremely customer-focused and take a proactive approach to problem solving.
