Relevant estate agency sales progression experience is essential to apply for this role
This is a fully remote, self-employed, commission based role, where you can choose your desired case-load/volume of work

As an operationally critical part of our business the Sales Progression Team have primary responsibility for ensuring that our estate agent clients and their valued customers have the best possible service and experience throughout the sale and conveyancing process and reach the point of exchange of contracts and completion as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

Core responsibilities:



? Adhere to our structured workflow processes and operational standards

? Maintain professionalism at all times and care deeply about our clients and making a real difference through providing a first-class service led approach

? Build trust and grow relationships with all relevant parties involved in the process

? Managing the progress of transactions from the point of instruction through to completion

? Proactively chasing solicitors/legal conveyancers for task and milestone updates throughout the duration of the transaction and managing the inputting of accurate progress information into our system

? Providing informed reassurance and guidance to sellers and buyers throughout the process

? Ensuring that agents and clients are kept well informed of progress and any critical issues are escalated and/or handled professionally and appropriately

? Delivering excellent customer service at all times; promptly and professionally

? Establishing, tracking and reporting key milestones and providing appropriate updates, plus taking appropriate action when required to help expedite issues

? Maintaining relevant information to appropriate reports and within our online sales progression tracker (client portal) with attention to detail

? Proactively calling buyers, sellers and estate agent clients on a weekly basis (or at the agreed cadence) and keeping notes updated appropriately on our online sales tracker

? Being an advocate and wanting a broader interest in shaping our ongoing success

? Understanding and adhering to routine processes and ad-hoc matters as they arise

? Attend occasional meetings and be open to additional learning and performance training, as maybe required to support out continuous improvement initiatives

You will be/have:



? Personable, highly organised and confident (not shy to pick up the telephone when required)

? Self-motivated with a strong bias-for-action and an ability to use own initiative

? Professional and clear communication skills (verbal and written)

? Proactive, with a natural sense of urgency

? Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks, including keeping our sales tracker accurately and regularly updated

? Strong customer service skills with a high degree of empathy and resilience. A genuine desire to to help buyers and sellers navigate ambiguous and stressful situations that can arise in the home buying transaction process

? Ability to maintain a cool, calm and positive attitude, even with anxious buyers/sellers

? Experience working within a professional working environment

? Computer/IT literate (Email, MS Word, Excel etc)

? Ability to multi-task and prioritise more urgent tasks where necessary

? Someone who cares deeply about people, has a kind nature, and is flexible to the needs of the role

Desirable:



Knowledge of conveyancing processes and broader estate agency sales process. Experience in liaising with solicitors and estate agents. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Project management and organisational skills.
