We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Progressor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth process for all clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Primarily the role will be to manage our sales pipeline through to completion by communicating with solicitors, sellers, buyers and agents on a regular basis to ensure a swift transaction.
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
On occasions, conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
Prepare marketing materials to promote properties effectively.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless transaction process.
Stay updated on market trends and local property regulations.
Provide administrative support as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience in sales or sales progression is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients professionally.
Administrative experience is beneficial to manage paperwork and documentation efficiently.
