ALL ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Sales Progressor, working from our Head Office in Heswall you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progression of property sales from offer acceptance through to completion.

You will be the key point of contact for all parties involved including solicitors, conveyancers, and other estate agents. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a caseload of files, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately whilst communicating with all interested parties with clarity. You will build trusted relationships with both with your clients and external stakeholders to provide a smooth journey as we uphold the 'Karl Tatler Way'.

You will be joining an established and supportive team in branch with uncapped commission and regular professional development available. We have a staff bar in head office and regular fully funded team social events throughout the year for you to enjoy time with your colleagues across the business.
