Different from the norm (because that's how we roll at Home Made), our Offer Negotiator are highly focused lettings professionals who handle that key part of our sales funnel, the offer! We leave the viewings to our Sales Associates, so we can keep things as efficient as possible for the customer.

Our

Sales Progressor

(known as Account Executives internally) work on our Build to Rent side of the business. Handling high volume of offers on a daily basis is a core part of this role - keeping the team on their toes!

Working Hours:

Rotas are set in advance - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm. This role also requires a bi-weekly Saturday with a day in lieu in return.

Location:

Southwark office-based role, transitioning to one day a week WFH after post probation.

Salary:

26K -30K base salary + commission (OTE 40K)

Your Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the end-to-end rental offer process for Build-to-Rent clients. Accurately input and manage offer details in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with business standards. Qualify and prepare offers that meet defined rules and compliance criteria. Lead negotiations with renters, securing rental agreements while keeping all parties informed. Collaborate with teams across the business to fulfil our mission of transforming the rental market.
