The Role:
As a Property Sales Progressor, you'll be the key point of contact for clients throughout the sales journey, ensuring smooth communication between buyers, solicitors, and internal teams. Your focus will be on keeping transactions moving efficiently, providing exceptional service, and resolving any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Progress property sales from reservation to completion.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
Chase legal documents, finance, and other requirements to avoid delays.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in property sales progression, estate agency, or conveyancing preferred.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure.
