What you'll be doing

As a Sales Progressor, you will be the vital link ensuring property sales move smoothly from offer to completion. Your role will involve:

Managing the sales progression process from offer accepted through to completion, taking ownership of each transaction Liaising regularly with vendors, buyers, solicitors, financial advisors and surveyors to chase updates, resolve issues and keep everything on track Keeping clients fully informed and reassured throughout the journey Maintaining accurate records of all activity and communication Supporting the wider sales progression team and Branch Manager, contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Experience in a sales progression role is essential, with excellent client-handling and organisational skills. Full training will be provided for the right candidate Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in managing multiple parties A keen eye for detail and the ability to stay organised under pressure A client-focused attitude, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships Motivation to meet targets and deliver exceptional service every time
