Sales Progressor

to join our team and play a key role in driving property sales through to completion.

The Role

As a Sales Progressor, you'll be the vital link ensuring property transactions move efficiently from offer acceptance to completion. You'll liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and agents to ensure all parties are updated and deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a pipeline of residential property sales Liaising daily with solicitors, agents, buyers, and sellers to progress transactions Keeping internal systems updated with progress notes Proactively identifying and resolving delays Delivering excellent customer service through regular updates Meeting completion targets and KPIs
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in property sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing, or similar (minimum 1 year preferred) Highly organised with great attention to detail A confident communicator with excellent phone and written skills Proactive and solutions-focused, able to handle pressure and deadlines Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
