What You'll Be Responsible For:

Building Client Relationships
Foster trust and confidence by maintaining strong rapport with clients and stakeholders throughout the sales process.

Skilled Negotiation
Approach negotiations with professionalism and diplomacy to achieve positive outcomes for all parties involved.

Organisational Excellence
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, maintaining accurate and detailed records at every stage.

Strategic Planning
Think ahead and adapt to evolving circumstances, ensuring a seamless process for clients.

Conveyancing Knowledge
Leverage your understanding of conveyancing to guide clients through legal requirements and processes with confidence.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone with:

Proven experience in sales progression and a strong understanding of the property transaction process. Competency in using WhatsApp for professional communication. Experience with estate agency CRM systems to manage pipelines effectively (although training will be provided.) Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members Proven administrative experience to manage sales processes efficiently Multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse clientele Excellent organisational skills to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow Background in sales to understand customer needs and drive results
