We're looking for an experienced and highly organised

Sales Progressor

to join our friendly team at

Settle East

, a growing independent estate agency in the heart of Walthamstow. This is a key role in our business - you'll be the main point of contact for our buyers and sellers once a sale has been agreed, ensuring a smooth journey all the way to completion.

About the role:

As our Sales Progressor, you'll be responsible for managing a pipeline of agreed sales, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and both parties to keep things moving. You'll monitor timelines, resolve any issues that arise, and keep clients regularly updated - all while delivering the kind of service we pride ourselves on at Settle East.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a sales progression or similar role within estate agency Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from offer to completion A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and keep cool under pressure Great communicator - confident on the phone and clear in emails Highly organised with a keen eye for detail Friendly and approachable - we're a people-first kind of agency

Key responsibilities:

Progress all agreed sales through to exchange and completion Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors Keep accurate records and ensure regular communication with clients Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays Provide weekly updates to the team and clients on progress
