Signature North East is looking for a Sales Progressor to join our expanding Progression team at our Whitley Bay branch.

For this role you MUST have experience in sales progression.

Salary is competitive and negotiable upon experience.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing property sales from offer acceptance to completion

Liaising with all parties including solicitors, vendors or third parties

Keeping on top of all legal compliance and assuring protocols are followed

Impeccable organisation and communication skills

The ability to prioritise workload

Clear communication is paramount, both written and verbal

Working with timescales and staying organised to manage workload

Maintaining exceptional customer service at all times

The successful candidate will have experience in:

Experience within sales progression

Experience within estate agency
