The Role
We are looking for a Sales Progressor to play a vital role in the customer journey. Your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth progress of property sales from offer accepted through to completion. You'll maintain proactive, clear communication with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, other estate agents in the chain, and of course the buyers and sellers themselves.
In addition to sales progression, you will also spend part of your time supporting our Client Services Team. This team coordinates our inbound and outbound calls and plays an important role in maintaining excellent customer communication. Full information and training will be provided.
We will ensure your workload is manageable so that you can deliver a high-quality service without being overwhelmed.
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales progression, conveyancing support, or a similar coordination role (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A calm, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
Someone who enjoys contributing to a positive, friendly office environment.
A desire to learn, grow and deliver exceptional customer service.
