Sales Progressor / Negotiator

to join our dynamic Leicester-based team.

The Role

This hybrid position combines sales negotiation with sales progression -- ideal for someone who thrives on seeing a deal through from start to finish. You'll handle offers, liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and lenders, and ensure every sale progresses efficiently to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Managing offers and negotiating sales between buyers and vendors Progressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors, and clients Keeping all parties informed and updated throughout the process Maintaining accurate records on our CRM system Assisting with general sales duties and supporting the wider team

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in

estate agency

or

sales progression

(essential) Strong understanding of the property sales process Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident, proactive and calm under pressure Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability A positive team player with great customer service skills
