Key Responsibilities Project Coordination:



Oversee projects from order placement to successful completion, managing all operational aspects. Order products within required timeframes and track delivery to the warehouse, ensuring quality control standards are upheld. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, successful delivery. Monitor project progress, proactively addressing any issues or delays that may arise. Report damaged items to suppliers promptly and ensure credits are processed. Maintain accurate and current project documentation, including production schedules and job costing analyses. Communicate with clients, production, and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and implementing best practices.

Sales Coordination:



Assign and track job numbers for new projects to maintain clear organization. Receive and document client briefs and plans, ensuring all requirements are captured accurately. Ensure the designer has all necessary information and resources to address client objectives and project requirements effectively. Prepare quotes for smaller projects and private client inquiries, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery. Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales and project lifecycle. Maintain and update Work in Progress (WIP) reports to ensure all projects align with timelines and goals.

Other Responsibilities



Foster effective teamwork and a positive work environment. Stay informed on company standards and policies, ensuring adherence in all activities. Attend meetings, training sessions, and courses as directed to support skill development and team goals. Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable work environment. Comply with all company and statutory rules, regulations, and policies.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and implement practical solutions. Proficiency in managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet project milestones. Adaptability to navigate changes and unforeseen challenges effectively. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role, from documentation to client communications. Advanced IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft applications and desirable knowledge on SAP software.
