The Sales Prospecting Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities to support the growth of RVS Services. This role bridges data analysis, lead generation, and cross-functional collaboration--working closely with the CRM and Data Collection Lead, Sales Customer Support Supervisor, and the Commercials Project Supervisor to ensure a seamless and data-driven sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to engage potential clients and drive sales conversations.
Maintain clean, up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all prospecting activities are logged and actionable.
Work with the Capital Sales Supervisor to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and gather feedback on lead quality and conversion.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on sales targets, campaign performance, and market feedback.
Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging.
Work closely with the customer support supervisor and marketing team to support the preparation of outreach materials, presentations, and tailored proposals for early-stage prospects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and engagement with leads.
Analyse prospecting data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Strategically generate and qualify leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects.
Deliver a minimum of 5 warm leads weekly through effective pitch delivery and rapport-building.
Track call outcomes and lead conversions to optimize outreach strategies and improve performance.
Research and identify high-potential prospects using CRM data, market intelligence, and digital tools.
Develop and maintain a structured lead qualification process to assess prospect fit and readiness.
Collaborate with the commercials project supervisor to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals and commercial priorities.
Partner with the CRM and Data Collection Lead to ensure accurate lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting.
Skills & Attributes
Strong analytical and research capabilities
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, lead generation, or business analysis
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and data teams
