Job Description

The Role



We are looking for a motivated Administrator working as part of our Business Support team. You'll be responsible for ordering and scheduling in all broadband, ethernet circuits, porting, IT services, and, telephony orders making sure that everything is installed within the agreed timeline. It will be your role to ensure that the customer is kept up-to-date weekly with how their order is progressing and confirming install dates with both internal resource, suppliers, and the client.

The Administrator role is an important one in making sure that orders are progressing accordingly and on time. Therefore, strong organisation, planning, and communication skills are integral to the role.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities



Administration Tasks

Creating paperwork and quotations following our processes

Order management

Updating HALO CRM to ensure notes are kept on the order

Liaise with sales to make sure orders are understood and sales are updated with timelines

Making sure agreements and assets are added into the customer section once the order is completing on Halo

Meeting with finance to ensure that completed orders that month have all been passed to billing

Managing tickets in both the provisioning and sales mailbox and actioning appropriately

Answering inbound calls and managing customer queries

Communicate internally and with suppliers to get a quick turnaround of product/service install

Communicate with customers to ensure that they are kept fully up to date with their order

Collaborating with departments to meet the expected customer outcome

Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work cross functionally and interact confidently with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external)

Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines

IT skills and confident using Business Management systems

Experience of Halo CRM (an advantage)

Driving Licence (not essential)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-28,500.00 per year
