About the Role

We're looking for a

Sales Recruiter

to help us build a high-performing field sales team of

Retrofit Advisors

. You'll manage the full recruitment process--from writing job ads and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

This is a

new role

and a chance to take full ownership of sales recruitment in a fast-growing company delivering fully funded home upgrades across the UK.

What You'll Do

Write and post engaging job ads across multiple platforms Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach Screen CVs and conduct first-stage phone or video interviews Coordinate interviews with the Sales Manager Manage recruitment pipelines and track hiring performance Support new hires with onboarding logistics (contracts, system access, Day 1 prep) Maintain hiring targets and report on weekly progress

Who You Are

1-2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house) Proven ability to hire for field sales or customer-facing roles Strong communication and organisation skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Based in London and available to work in our Canary Wharf office full-time

Bonus Points For

Experience recruiting in energy, construction, or government programmes Familiarity with ATS tools like Zoho Recruit or Teamtailor Interest in green jobs and sustainability
