We are looking to attract a talented, strong Manager with lots of drive and good leadership skills to support our staff and learners as our
Employer Engagement Manager/Operations Manager
to engage with current and new employers within the childcare/Early years, Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy Industry plus digital courses as well as staff and learners.
This role will be hybrid.
The role will involve driving. You will be required in the academy three days per week and out visiting employers/events two days per week but
this may change due to the business needs.

Responsibilities
Achieving targets to include sales and enrolment targets and other monthly KPI's
Regular contact with current employer base and new employers
Monitoring health and safety adequacy
Carrying out 6-monthly satisfaction surveys
Documenting all employer contact on CRM system
Inducting and enrolling apprentices (remote and on-site)
inducting and enrolling study programme learners
Inducting and enrolling adult learners
Organising and reviewing meetings with our Employers
Creating a monthly newsletter for employers and learners
organising guest speakers for learners
taking control with marketing/liasing with our ad accounts manager
taking weekly videos/photos of classes in action/interviews/success stories
visiting job centres/events/high schools throughout Birmingham
helping develop new courses
Carrying-out satisfaction surveys following induction
Carrying-out IAG/progression sessions close to the end of apprenticeship programmes
Regular communication with apprentices on 'break in learning'
Regular communication with education staff to 'traffic light' and action issues with apprentices
Documenting all contact with apprentices on CRM system
Monitor sales staff/weekly meetings to be held and targets set and monitored
Staff one to ones/probation reviews/appraisals
monitoring day to day operations - meetings with staff/learners/parents/employers where needed
Skills
Some sales/customer service experience as well as strong organisational and administrative skills are required for this role. We are looking for a professional and friendly individual with the following skills:

Experience
Essential:
Must have experience working for educational institutes working within sales, preferably recruiting learners and gaining new business with employers. Must have management experience and be a strong leader.

Experience in a role working towards targets and prioritising workloads.
