Covering: Richmond, Hounslow, Chiswick, Kingston & Hammersmith

Sales & Recruitment Executive

to help grow our client base and expand our team of cleaning professionals.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for both

sales

and

recruitment

activities. Working from home, you will generate new business, convert enquiries into bookings, and source quality cleaning staff to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound telesales calls to potential clients and following up on leads Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings Recruiting, screening, and onboarding new cleaning professionals Managing job adverts and shortlisting candidates Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates Attending occasional in-person meetings/interviews (car required)

What We're Looking For

? Proven telesales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
? Excellent communication & persuasion skills (phone & email)
? Strong organisational and time management skills
? Confident using online recruitment platforms and CRM tools
? Self-motivated and results-driven
? Must have own car and valid UK driving licence
