Paid hourly at the

UK National Minimum Wage

Self-employed basis

About the Role:

PlayD8 Ltd is seeking two motivated individuals to join our team as

Sales & Recruitment Representatives

on a self-employed basis. This hybrid role involves promoting our Smart Funding for Startups program, recruiting students for UK universities, and onboarding new agents into our network.

The role is mostly remote, but you may occasionally be asked to travel for outreach work or in-person meetings. Travel-related expenses will be fully covered.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote PlayD8's education and funding services to prospective students Guide eligible individuals through the application and onboarding process Recruit and onboard

at least 1 new agent per week

Enrol a minimum of

2 students per week

into our partner universities Maintain records of leads, outreach, and progress using internal systems Attend occasional outreach visits or events (travel supported)

Requirements:

Strong communication and sales skills Experience in outreach, recruitment, or education services (preferred but not essential) Self-motivated and target-driven Reliable internet connection and working equipment for remote tasks Flexibility to travel when needed Must be

UK-based

and eligible to work in the UK Prefer to have access to own car.

Performance Targets:

2 student sign-ups per week

1 agent onboarded per week

Role progression and continued engagement will be based on meeting these performance expectations

Contract Type:

Part-Time (3 days per week)

Self-Employed Contract

3-month probation period

with potential for long-term collaboration

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
