Sales Relationship Executive

As our

Sales Relationship Executive

, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Chambers' growth by attracting new members, supporting existing ones, and promoting the benefits of membership through events, campaigns, and one-on-one engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Grow & Engage:

Work closely with the Membership & Growth Manager to attract new members and ensure existing members receive exceptional support, helping them achieve their business goals

Relationship Building:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with all members to ensure they're getting the most from their membership

Maximise Opportunities:

Upsell and cross-sell services such as magazine advertising, sponsorship opportunities, and international trade offerings

CRM Management:

Keep the CRM system updated with all leads, opportunities, and membership data, and create reports to track progress

Campaign Management:

Collaborate with the team to plan and execute member-focused campaigns and events that meet their needs

Event Representation:

Deliver presentations at Chamber events and third-party functions, representing the Chamber and promoting membership benefits

Support Sponsorship:

Assist in securing sponsorship for events, providing valuable promotional opportunities for members

Feedback & Insight:

Share member feedback and insights with the wider team to drive continuous improvement

Customer Journey:

Ensure every member enjoys a seamless, valuable experience throughout their membership lifecycle.

Comfortable working independently, with a drive to make an impact and meet goals

Adaptable:

Willingness to travel across the county and attend events as required (a fully insured vehicle for business use is necessary).
