Role Summary
We're looking for a motivated experienced Sales Representative to join our growing UK sales team. You'll sell iPAL (booking & childcare management) and iPEP (PE lesson planning & assessment) to schools, nurseries, sports clubs and coaching organisations.
This is a hands on role: you will generate some of your own leads, deliver product demos, manage the sales cycle, and work closely with marketing and design to produce customer-facing materials. You'll also attend events and shows and spend your week in our Hooton office (onsite parking provided).
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation & prospecting:
research and generate new business opportunities via calls, emails, social media, local visits and events.
Product demonstrations:
run live demos of iPAL and iPEP to decision makers in schools, nurseries, sports clubs and coaching companies.
Full sales cycle management:
qualify leads, produce proposals, close sales and ensure smooth handover to onboarding/support teams.
Cross team collaboration:
partner with marketing and graphic design to create tailored presentations, case studies, sales collateral and campaign materials.
Events & networking:
represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, CPD/training days and local networking events; follow up on event leads.
Outbound activity:
cold and warm calling, targeted email campaigns, and follow up to nurture prospects.
Office attendance:
work regularly from the Hooton office for team meetings, demos and events planning. Free onsite parking provided.
Record keeping:
maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Customer insight:
feedback market intelligence and product enhancement requests to Product and Marketing teams.
Person Specification - Skills & Experience
Essential
2-5 years B2B sales experience (software, EdTech, childcare or sports sectors preferred).
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Confident presenter: able to deliver clear, persuasive demos to groups and individuals.
Comfortable with lead generation (calling, emailing, social media outreach).
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Good IT literacy - comfortable learning software quickly and adapting demos to prospect needs.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites and events.
Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
Experience selling into schools, early years settings, or sports/coaching providers.
Experience with Hubspot.
Understanding of the childcare sector.
Basic marketing skills - able to brief designers and adapt copy for client audiences.
