Role Overview

As a Plant Hire Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business and managing key accounts across Aberdeen/Inverness. You'll work closely with site managers, contractors, and procurement teams to understand their needs and provide tailored hire solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business and leads within your territory Manage and grow existing client accounts Provide accurate hire quotations and equipment recommendations Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Work collaboratively with operations to ensure seamless service delivery Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings What We're Looking For Proven sales experience, preferably in plant hire, construction, or related industries Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Excellent organisational and time management abilities A valid UK driving licence (essential) What We Offer Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission Company car, laptop, and phone Pension scheme and other benefits Full training and ongoing support The chance to work with a well-respected brand in a growing market
