The Role:


We're looking for a dedicated

Sales Representative

to help manage and grow our existing customer accounts, while also contributing to new business development. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service, maintaining long-term partnerships, and seizing new sales opportunities when they arise.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong relationships with current wholesale and B2B customers Act as the main point of contact for account inquiries, reorders, and product support Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and proactive follow-ups Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to increase order value Stay informed on our product line and communicate new launches or promotions to clients Support business growth by occasionally sourcing and engaging new leads Accurately manage CRM records, order history, and account activities Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product) to deliver a smooth customer experience

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service (ideally B2B) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A customer-first mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach Knowledge or interest in the vaping/e-liquid industry is a strong plus Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Reliable, self-motivated, and organized

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
