Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate terms of sales agreements, ensuring mutual benefit for both the company and clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using IT systems.
Manage your schedule effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Knowledge in Plant & Tools industry would be a huge advantage.
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant applications.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities.
Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client interactions.
