Wales Based Field Sales Representative - Grantiau Cymru
Are you the kind of person who chats to the person next to you in public spaces? Do you smile and wave at strangers walking through the park? If you're naturally friendly, confident, and enjoy talking to people, we want to hire you.
We don't care about your past sales experience, your age, or your background. We're not looking for years of experience, a flashy LinkedIn profile, or polished sales techniques. We'll teach you how to knock on a door and what to say - but we can't teach you to be confident, kind, or good with people. If that comes naturally to you, you'll fly in this role.
About the Role:
You'll be a Field Sales Representative, going door-to-door in your area across Wales, speaking with homeowners about free government-backed home upgrades under the ECO4 scheme. These include:
Solar panels Insulation Air source heating systems
Don't worry - full training is provided. If you're a good talker and quick learner, you'll do well here.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Knocking 100+ doors per day using our mobile app to guide your route Having real, friendly conversations with homeowners Logging your leads into the app (it's easy - we'll show you) Earning commission every time a customer has their grant-funded installation
You'll Love This Role If You Are:
Naturally confident and upbeat Someone who loves a bit of healthy competition Self-motivated with an Iron Mindset Based in Wales or within a 30 minute drive from the border Have a full UK driving licence and car

24,000 base salary OTE 50,000 in Year 1, rising to 100,000+ in Year 2 if you're consistent Training, support, and a fun team that actually backs you
